What should I expect from my first appointment?
For a hearing test appointment, the test takes around 60 minutes. You will get your results immediately and will have a no-pressure discussion about hearing loss management options if need be.
How much do medical aids payout for hearing aids?
Hearing aid benefits vary from each medical aid plan.
We suggest that you contact

your appointment.

How much do hearing aids cost?
There is a wide range of hearing aids that vary in price. Price determines the technology level and type of hearing aid that you'd like to purchase. It is important to discuss your lifestyle, aesthetic needs, and budget with your audiologist. There is a hearing aid for everyone.
We also offer pay-off options on a contract basis.
What after-care support do you offer?
Chantal offers one free follow-up following the hearing aid fitting. The technology used for programming the hearing aid is very accurate. Usually, only one or two follow-up's are required. However we do recommend receiving an annual hearing test and reprogramming.
Do you sell hearing aid supplies?
Yes, we do. We also sell in bulk to save you some money. For a small charge, we can get them delivered directly to your door.

What is the process of a CAPD assessment?
1. In-person or on the phone conversation with just parent/patient.
2. First testing for one hour.
3. Second testing for one hour.
4. Feedback session with report and management options.
These are done on separate days to prevent auditory fatigue during testing.
